FRONT-PAGE BOSLER

Robert Boslerís insane Mark Latham love howl was promoted yesterday off the opening page of the Sydney Morning Heraldís website. Certain SMH staffers now wish to distance themselves from this, as Margo Kingston reports:

I'd like to exempt our news editor Richard Woolveridge of responsibility for pointing to Robert off the front. This decision was made by a female producer in his absence. I guess our female creative impulses took over. I love Robert's work, not least because it eschews the standard way of talking politics.

Actually, it eschewed the standard way of talking, not least among those whose usual means of communication doesnít involve constant hand-genital contact. Boslerís Latham dreamscape -- how it must have made the Labor leader cringe! -- has possibly cost the ALP some support. More Bosler, please!

"Hi Mark, it's me. Look...why haven't you called? Can't we at least meet up again some time and...look I hope I'm not coming on too strong...but I think you're just so...'creative'...and, oh, sooo dreamy.

Do you remember the time we got a latte and quiche and you explained to me, in your usual highly 'creative' manner that the quiche was Howard- cheesy and fattening - while you were the latte - carring the aroma of coffe beans and with some frothy topping on top. I always though that your analogy there was just so...just so...OH...OH....AAAAAH....SHAZAMMMM!

Look, I gotta clean myself up now. But, listen, please call me soon.

Love, Rob.

"This decision was made by a female producer in his absence". My ass. Your the idiot Margo, you wear it.

'Exempt of'? WTF? It's a pretty sorry state of affairs when an alleged journalist means to write 'absolve from' or 'acquit of' and comes up with 'exempt of'. 'Exempt' means to liberate from a duty or punishment (it's an auxiliary meaning of absolve but clearly Mad Margo intended it in the primary sense, being 'exonerate') and it doesn't go with 'of'.

Remind me, why does that illiterate cretin still draw breath^H^H^H^H^H^H a paycheque?

It is all about product placement I guess and his loopy article was accidently put near the Tim Tams instead of two shelves below the ratsack.

Sexist pig.

Margo's latest web diary accuses Condi of being a man!

Bush's national security adviser Condi Rice obeyed his masters voice and addressed the Murdoch crew, as did UK opposition leader Michael Howard.
