When clapped-out ex-dictators live underground for a while they turn into molemen and wage a campaign of terror from their subterranean refuges beneath the earth. Hitler didn't want to go out like that so he shot himself and had cronies douse him in gasoline, much to the disapointment of Himmler, who was looking forward to the unstoppable rise of 'Das Molenfuhrer'.

From what I saw of Saddam the molification process was quite advanced, though he probably wouldn't even have made that great a moleman.

They mentioned Saddam in passing,
Most people are gonna see the capture of Saddam as a GOOD thing so no anti-war candidate is gonna have a prayer in the general election. The only ticket I see as being a real threat to BushCo's power is Kerry/Clark. It's the only ticket where he can't accuse of being unpatriotic.

THey would have better luck with Owens/Clark
