WHO YOU GONNA CALL?

Commiebusters Vaclav Havel, Arpad Göncz, and Lech Walesa urge Europe to move against Cuba:

Today, it is the responsibility of the democratic world to support representatives of the Cuban opposition, irrespective of how long the Cuban Stalinists manage to cling to power. The Cuban opposition must enjoy the same international support as political dissidents did in divided Europe.

Europe ought to make it unambiguously clear that Castro is a dictator, and that for democratic countries a dictatorship cannot become a partner until it commences a process of political liberalisation.

More on the trio’s letter here.

Sorry Vaclav, but Europe loves socialist dictators.

A step in the right direction, but it will unlikely to get far. Keep in mind that “sophisticated and intellectual” Europeans marched for Franco, Mussolini, Hitler, Stalin and assorted commie dictators.

Plus Arpad Göncz is one of the coolest names ever.

Contrast Hilary Clinton and a number of Democrat sneators and congressmen who view the opposition in Cuba as rodents.

Berlusconi made some telling remarks on western leftoids and their support for regimes of savages, including complicity for the evil undilute, in an interview to the Spectator.

What do those guys know anyway?

Everybody knows that in the "right hands" socialism would have succeeded. Clearly, the Slavs, the Chinese, the Germans, the Cambodians, the Koreans etc. had no idea how to get about getting the socialism right.
