AIRING OF GRIEVANCES

Fetch your aluminium poles, people:

Officials in Sydney, Australia, are planning an Easter festival around racing with hopes of creating a tourist draw to rival the Melbourne Cup, which packs Flemington racecourse each November.

The festival, which is tentatively named Festivus, would also include rugby and surfing events.

And, of course, the Feats of Strength.

Adelaide, city of mendicants, why don't they just get it over with and call their lah land land one continuous festiveupourarsesmethanouscelebration year, forever and ever. This will save them the strain of inventing festivals continuously.
Next, instead of `equalisation' `grants', they should be supplied with free dope so that they can bongo out altogether.
