DEMONSTRATION? WHAT DEMONSTRATION?

Iraq’s anti-terrorism demonstrations are all over the Internet, but the Sydney Morning Herald is yet to run a single word. Seems the SMH only turns to the Internet for the really important stories:

Internet rumours are circulating that Kylie Minogue is expecting her first child, after the singer was spotted "holding her stomach protectively" in Paris.

From AP, the big news in Iraq today is a power outage that by day’s end had been 80% restored. And The Age reports:

Prime Minister John Howard has been labelled the "butcher of Baghdad" by a Zimbabwe government minister.

It is to laugh.

"Holding her stomach protectively?" Maybe because she's, I dunno, STARVING TO DEATH?

As opposed to the Harare Hacker ?

Depressing but predictable...here in the US it has gotten some play on Fox, but I dont know about the Commie News Network...we'll see what happens when the papers come out in the AM. What about the BBC ? Did they cover it at all? I mean the anti terrorism proest, not Kylie Minogue.

The Zimb. govt. controlled Heral Times:
Britain the colonial imperialist and Australia and Howard their lackey.

The novelty value is . it jars with Aust. & Howard as `lackey' and `lickspittle' to U.S. and G.W.

There is some satisfaction to be had, this contrary high level assessment of Mugabe and his thugs will confuse SMH,ABC,AGE et al perhaps inducing a breakdown ( wistful hopes).

No, the leftoid retards will probably string both together: too predictable.

So you'd expect this story to be covered by the Murdoch press, right? Was it mentioned in The Australian, or other News Ltd media? I haven't seen any mention in the online editions yet. How about the dead-tree versions?
