And here I was thinking that the browser on a public eMac I was using couldn't display your page properly for some reason.

I've never used Moveable Type, but I have a very good impression of it. Surely there must be some setting to make it stop doing that (showing blank pages if Tim doesn't post for a while).

It ought to show the most recent N posts (where you can set N to whatever), no matter how old they are.

There is indeed an attribute that will show a certain number of entries instead of just the last so-and-so days, which will get rid of that annoying "disappearing blog" effect. I'll implement it forthwith; I haven't had a lot of time lately to tend to the blogs.
