THE BLOB, PART IX

Has 2003 been the greatest year ever for mystery water beasts or what?

When I read that headline I thought it was another Michael Moore sighting.

Maybe it was Michael Moore, he's dissolved like the evil Senator in the "X-Men" movie...

Oh please... oh please...

Remember baby blobs and algae might seem like a good idea for a pet.

But they grow up and then you have to flush them down the toilet.

And then they end up in Jersey like all of America's waste.

When is the EPA going to enact legislation banning Michael Moore from contact with large tracts of water? He's a one man petro-chemical spill, and there is the matter of visual pollution as well- I don't want to even think about Wide Boy in Speedos.

Michael Moore has been traveling alot. We can only pray that he is decomposing.

On the contrary- I think he is some form of one-celled organism that engulfs by surrounding his prey, not unlike an amoeba. If he and Phillip Adams get together and merge, no-where in the galaxy is safe.

I really wonder if anyone's keeping serious track of this sort of thing -- is it just that the media's reporting weird water beasts, or is something weird happening that makes bizarre deep-sea critters more likely to wash ashore?

Sorry, I've been fascinated by animal behavior for some time and I didn't mean to interject a serious moment.

Nowak, you are BANNED for the interjection of serious.
