THE RIGHT-WING DEATH BEAST YOU CAN TRUST

Mark Steyn’s predictions for 2003 are collapsing like the Lowell Spinners. Mine, however, are holding up 100%.

The prediction about Instapundit being shitcanned from UT is classic.

How is it that you follow single A baseball in Massachusetts?

Posted by: P Ingemi at July 30, 2003 at 10:01 AM

I'm with P Ingemi. What gives Tim?

Arthur in MA USA

How on Earth did you come up with an article on our local semi-pro baseball team?

Posted by: Two in the Hat at July 30, 2003 at 01:15 PM

P Ingemi of Salem?

Posted by: Two in the Hat at July 30, 2003 at 01:17 PM

I'm surprised by this. Doesn't everyone follow the mighty Spinners?

Posted by: tim at July 30, 2003 at 01:33 PM

Alas, retired MLB star Cal Ripken, Jr., bought then stole our beloved Utica (NY) Blue Sox and moved them to Maryland. Otherwise, our Sox would be racking up the wins v Lowell in the NY-Penn League. (Jack Kerouac's hometown, btw).

As for David & Liza...I figured that wouldn't last. One of them is gay. I think it's Liza. She is a lezbian.

Would anyone except a few hand-wringers who drink their own bathwater feel anything but a sense of justice done if the Murphy brothers (Anita Cobby) got their right whack in Long Bay?

Sorry-wrong thread. My dementia is getting worse, and the Kaiser has been stealing my medication.

Close run, Steyn's predictions or Tim's.

On oil below $20 a barrel, Steyn has it in one.The stuff up is all central governments' kowtowing to the Greenies' bliss bomb Kyoto.

Just to make sure, Even Howard has decreed fuel and other fractions of crude will be Kyoto pure as can be possibly extorted without shareholders telling consumers to go jump in the pol potian lake.

Return to capital, profit, i.e. the cost of what has to be expended in order to enjoy fuel tomorrow morning is , courtesy of communards in Spring St. and Canberra zippo of zero. Now, the communards decree, producers shall not only supply oil free but with Greeny fuzz on top.

Anybody who can up with an engine that can run on weed and, for that matter, many consumer items, let me know. Provide the engineering schema, quacks need not apply in any instance, I'll fork out the venture capital.

One further qualification: only R.W.D.Beasts will receive priority conbsideration, communardos like P.Adams who screw all and sundry for each pence then ride like Lenin and Stalin to mow down greedy capitalist pigs can leap orff the nearest cliff.

Did you see the name of one of the Spinners' players: Iggy Suarez. For his name alone that guy outta be in the major leagues.

Think I will dress up as Treacher for Halloween. Let's see: I'll just need two large pieces of poster board decorated like Paypal buttons, and some string. Sweet!

How can you put down a baseball team that runs a promotion like this?

I'm pissed your Jan. 5 prediction didn't come true. I want a rebate.

Posted by: michele at July 31, 2003 at 10:39 AM

I want a date to be se for Bonza. It must really worry those around me when I chuckle and snort at the computer screen.

I just saw a photo of Christine Agu-whatever and Donatella Versace together in today's Herald Sun (Melbourne Aust), it was enough to make my skin crawl, sort of like a freaky before and after shot.

Not in Salem but I believe I have relatives there.

And back to the question on the table Tim. Are you such a baseball fan or a Redsox fan that you would know of the Lowell Spinners?
