Heh... I had to look up "pikelet" -- "a small, flat griddle cake." Well, that's a pancake in these parts. I know that Welsh Rarebit has nothing to do with rabbit, though, so I'm not that culturally-deprived.

I ate rabbit once, in Geneva, Switzerland. It tasted okay, but man it was tough. By the way, the rabbits are out in force in my neighborhood. The other day there was a fat brown one sitting on the corner, chewing at the grass. (No, it wasn't large and pink.) I saw another one in the park near my house a few days ago. Hassenpfeffer, anyone?
