Avoid heavy drinking.

"hyponatraemia or water intoxication"........

Now you tell me! And I wasted all that money on booze years ago!

Stick to bundy and cut out the middleman is what I work with...

Tim Blair- are you actually a fabian society mole who is discrediting the right from the inside?
This isn't a joke - I am sincere. What about Imre Saluzinsky or whatever? Is he in on it as well?
Because Ruddock, Abbot et al will have your skin if they find out what is going on.

I'm glad I haven't been drinking "too much" water.
Over indulgence in beer and wine are so much more fun than water intoxication.

Still off the sauce!

Ye gods Tony I'm impressed.

I only like the odd drink 3,5,7,9!

Goddammit. Another piece of health wisdom to be thrown out the window. I would say that this is just another illustration of "Moderation in all things," but I'll bet not long after that some government study will be telling us that too much moderation gives you cancer.

The nanny police hartd at work finding reasons why they shouldn't be decapitated, metaphorically.
But I'll take the warning seriously and stick to the booze.

Heck, I'm not sure what the cretins would make of this. An Elderly Polish gent, having lived under both the Nazi communist regimes, came to Australia. Thick accent, softly spoken but a delight to listen to, related the requisiteswhen about to journey in a trabby in winter.

Take 4 bottles of vodka. Drink half before entering said charabanc. Consume remainder of bottle during the trip. Repeat anti-freeze dosages on return trip.

Gad, this would send Spring St. dribblers, forget the nanny police, into a frenzy.
