SEPTEMBER 11

Something I wrote after visiting New York shortly after the attacks. Read to the end to see mention of Tom Kaade, who for me summed up the spirit of post-9/11 America.

I'm generally just a lurker here, but I wanted to add another American thanks for a lovely piece of writing.

At the time of publication I printed your article and hilighted this paragraph :

"I would have preferred to have taken my chances in the World Trade Center on September 11 than live in the soulless, unfeeling, inhuman void where the likes of O'Shane, Adams, FitzSimons, and Kingston dwell. They place ideology above humanity. They seek to justify evil. They witness chaos, and see reason."

Of all the articles that I have ever read this is the one that I never forget. It represents everything the left is : a death worshiping phylosophy.

Ta, matey.
