US troops are getting in a little Halloween practice at the home of Moqtada al Sadr.

Ah, Halloween! A fine Western tradition to share with al Sadr. But no burning bags of dog poo on the front porch for tricks, please. I think 120MM HEAT rounds are more suitable if al Sadr doesn't pony up treats.

I thought Al-Sadist had put down the sword and was running for election? Did he realise that hardly anyone would vote for him?

Why do they keep using that old Vin Diesel pic?

"Al Sadr, who has grassroots support for his anti-Coalition stance, "

I think that that means that he's supported by people with the intelligence of plants.

What kind of a dickfuck do you have to be to carry around a poster of some asshole priest?

Posted by: spoo at August 3, 2004 at 09:36 AM

(Be kind to spoo -- he just woke up from a thirty-year coma and noticed these people.)

Well you gotta admit that's a good looking dude holding the poster.

Unlike your comment, which contains no substance whatsoever.

If they know he's in his house, why hasn't an F16 dropped a JDAM on it yet? Or am I missing something here?

Grassroots support?!?

Is that like... the pushing up daisies kind of support?

Posted by: Rebecca at August 4, 2004 at 03:35 AM

Fuck you, Andrea. I was asking a rhetorical question. Of course I've been seeing pricks like this on the news for years. I was merely remarking on the inanity of their enterprise and wondering aloud about the mentality behind it.

Well okay, swearing at me = banned. Bye, spoo. Don't get any drool on your nice clean bib.
