DOUBLE TRAGEDY

Saddam’s murdering sons are dead, oil prices are down ... and this AFP piece makes it all sound like bad news.

Where are all the wankers who said the war was all about GWB looking after his Texas oil buddies by flooding cheap Iraqi oil onto the market. If these guys had anything heavier than lint in their skulls, they'd think that the oil business SELLS oil, and so, high oil prices are good, low oil prices are bad. For a tangible example, check out Houston Texas when oil's at $30/bbl, then go back when it's down to $15/bbl.

It's pretty bad news for me- I've got all these dismembered corpses to clean up, and those lazy dead sons of mine are too busy decomposing to help their poor mother clean up after them.

I first heard the news on the 7.00am news bulletin on Brisbane ABC Radio 612. The report included two vox pop interviews allegedly recorded after the news had been made public in Iraq. Both Iraqis claimed that life under Saddam had been better and one claimed that represion under the US was worse.

Bias? Naah. Even the ABC says it isn't so.
